EBC Group Continues Sponsorship of ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team for 2026 Season

West Midlands, UK — January 2026

Website_Images_-_Jerez_Jan_Test_-__0007_MiguelEBC Group is proud to confirm the continuation of its sponsorship of the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team for the 2026 FIM Superbike World Championship season, as the team begins an exciting new chapter with a refreshed rider line-up.

Pre-season preparations for the 2026 campaign are now underway, with the team completing its first on-track running of the year at Jerez de la Frontera. The test marked the first official laps of the season for new riders Danilo Petrucci and Miguel Oliveira, both aboard the BMW M 1000 RR.

Despite challenging weather conditions limiting track time, the opening test delivered encouraging signs. Both riders adapted quickly, providing valuable technical feedback and demonstrating strong confidence in difficult conditions — laying solid foundations ahead of further pre-season testing.

Following the Jerez test, the team will continue preparations with additional testing at Portimão, before attention turns to the opening round of the 2026 WorldSBK season at Phillip Island, Australia, from 20–22 February.

As a West Midlands–based managed service provider, EBC Group’s continued partnership reflects a shared commitment to performance, preparation, and resilience — values that underpin both elite motorsport and high-performing IT services.

Commenting on the continuation of the sponsorship, Aidan Halling, Head of Marketing at EBC Group said:

“We’re delighted to be continuing our sponsorship of the ROKiT BMW Motorrad WorldSBK Team for the 2026 season. Motorsport at this level demands precision, teamwork and constant improvement, principles that strongly align with how we support our customers. We’re excited to see how the new rider line-up performs this season and look forward to following the team’s progress throughout the year.”

EBC Group looks forward to supporting the team across the 2026 WorldSBK calendar and wishes the riders and crew every success for the season ahead.
