Terms & Conditions
EBC Group x Kidderminster Harriers Business Giveaway - Terms and Conditions 

Eligibility:

  • The competition is open to UK-based businesses only. Entrants must be authorised representatives of a business, providing their name, business name, contact information, and job title on the entry form.
  • Only one entry per business is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
Competition Period:
  • The competition will run from 27th September 2024 until 25th October 2024, or until the final prize is awarded. EBC Group reserves the right to extend or close the competition at any time without prior notice.
Prizes:
  • Grand Prize (1 Winner): £5,000 + VAT business package including an advertising board, four hospitality tickets, four season tickets, pair of Chairman’s Lunch tickets, logo on LED scoreboard, a photo opportunity with the Harriers First Team Manager & Club Captain, and a signed 2024-25 home shirt.
  • Runners-Up (10 Winners): A pair of hospitality tickets for the EBC Group table in the Aggborough Suite for a home league fixture.
  • Third Place (20 Winners): Family tickets (2x adult, 2x junior) for a home league fixture.
  • All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
How to Enter:
  • Businesses must complete the entry form on the competition landing page, providing all required details.
  • Incomplete or inaccurate entries may be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Notification:

  • Winners will be selected at random after the competition period has closed.
  • Winners will be notified via the contact details provided on the entry form (email or phone). If a winner does not respond within 5 working days, EBC Group reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.


Use of Personal Data:

  • By entering the competition, participants agree to share their data with both EBC Group and Kidderminster Harriers Football Club. This data will be used to contact winners and for future marketing promotions from EBC Group and Kidderminster Harriers.
  • Entrants may be contacted for marketing purposes but can opt out at any time by contacting EBC Group or Kidderminster Harriers directly.
  • Personal data will be stored securely and not shared with any third parties outside of EBC Group and Kidderminster Harriers.
Publicity:
  • By accepting the prize, winners agree to participate in any related publicity, including having their photo taken with Kidderminster Harriers players and appearing in promotional material for EBC Group and Kidderminster Harriers

Liability:

  • EBC Group and Kidderminster Harriers are not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or other factors that could impact participation in the competition.
  • EBC Group reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances.

General:

  • EBC Group reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that breaches these terms and conditions or is suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • EBC Group’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
