Launch of Professional Services Automation (PSA)

We are excited to announce that EBC Group are upgrading to a new Digital Ticketing System which will enable our helpdesk to provide an enhanced level of service to our clients by providing them with a user-friendly, efficient communication tool.
The new Professional Services Automation (PSA) system allows for improved communication and visibility between the members of our team and our clients. A single source of information means everything is logged and managed in one central system, improving visibility, and speeding up the time it takes to resolve issues.
Our new Professional Services Automation System will allow our clients to log support tickets digitally via a new customer portal, via our new dedicated IT Support email address and of course via traditional methods such as by telephone. Regardless of your channel of communication all tickets will be visible via the customer portal and directed to the relevant EBC Group team member.
During our initial phase of migrating clients to our new system, you will gain increased communication throughout the resolution of your ticket/query with a new look and feel to our messaging. You will also gain access to our client portal, which will enable you to interact with our teams more efficiently and effectively.
