What is Microsoft Teams?

Working in Channels:

Channels provide an efficient and easy way to track, collaborate and participate in projects. Conversations in channels can be searched, can mention specific people to get their attention, and even allows you to open and co-edit a file directly in Microsoft Teams.

Office 365 collaboration:

Making & Receiving calls:

The voice feature enables you to make and receive telephone calls from within Microsoft Teams client, by simply inputting a standard number as you would on a mobile phone.  Audio Conferencing for Microsoft Teams, allows you to invite people into your Teams meetings by calling the conference telephone number. When you create a new teams meeting, a signature is shown on the outgoing calendar request which contains the conference telephone number and a unique conference ID for this meeting.
